Executive Assistant & Back Office Intern (Remote) Stipend: 5,000/month Duration: 23 months Location: Work from Home Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a sharp and reliable Executive Assistant & Back Office Intern to support the founder in day-to-day execution. This is a high-trust role that involves operational support, backend work, and consistent communication follow-ups. You will get direct exposure to how startup operations and priorities are managed at the ground level. Key Responsibilities Manage email and WhatsApp follow-ups professionally. Schedule and track meetings, update calendars, and send reminders. Maintain and update internal sheets, databases, and trackers. Conduct quick research tasks and summarize findings. Handle backend operations, documentation, task updates, and reporting. Keep founder informed and on track with priority tasks and deadlines. Ideal Candidate Organized, reliable, and process-driven. Strong written communication and coordination skills. Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and online tools. Can work independently and maintain confidentiality. Has 4–5 hours daily availability (Monday–Saturday). Preferred: Students or fresh graduates with prior experience in admin, ops, virtual assistant, or startup support roles.
