Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook Genpact Walk-in drive for Customer service roles || Hyderabad location on 8th Jul 2025 Date: 8-Jul-2025 Time: 11:30 AM to 1:30PM Walk-in Venue - Genpact, 14-45 IDA Uppal, NGRI, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039 Work Location: Hyderabad Experience: Only Freshers are eligible (we are not considering post graduates/ undergraduate/pursuing candidates for these roles) Languages known: English Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office) Shifts: Flexible with any shift Responsibilities • Respond to customer queries and customer's concern • Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user. • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies • Reproduce customer issues and bring up product bugs • Provide excellent customer service to our customers • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis. • Responsible to showcase tried work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Only Freshers are eligible. Graduation in any discipline except law (only 2020 to 2024 passed outs are eligible) Excellent Voice Communication Skills Must possess knowledge of Email Clients & Basics of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Hosting, Browsers, Security, etc. Relevant experience in Customer Support through Phone and good in basic technical skills & Sales techniques.
