Job Summary: A Highway Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of roads and highways. The role includes ensuring designs are safe, cost-effective, and comply with relevant standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and review road and highway projects. Supervise construction work and site activities. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities. Ensure compliance with design codes (IRC, AASHTO, etc.). Prepare technical reports, drawings, and BOQs. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in highway projects. Knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MX Road). Strong understanding of road construction methods and standards. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,391.10 - ₹51,746.96 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
