Helpdesk Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level support and coordination for technical or facility-related issues. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact for employees or clients requiring assistance, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical or facility-related support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Log all incoming issues and requests, assign priority levels, and escalate unresolved queries to the relevant teams.
• Track and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Maintain records of daily operations, complaints, and service reports.
• Coordinate with IT, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Provide updates to users about the status of their requests.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on helpdesk activity and performance.
• Ensure all queries are handled within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Support asset tracking and documentation processes (IT/facility-related).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
