HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to diagnose technical issues, and ensure efficient operation in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, AHUs, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and ductwork.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to temperature control, air flow, and mechanical/electrical faults.
• Replace or repair defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Check refrigerant levels, recharge systems, and monitor for leaks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and facility staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and tools in HVAC servicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Good understanding of HVAC safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Physical ability to handle tools, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

• EPA or equivalent refrigerant handling certification
• HVACR certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
