Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ability to communicate with our Hebrew customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Eligibility "Proficiency in Hebrew language, along with strong communication, verbal and writing skills, is required." Fresher/ experience both can apply. Graduates with C1 Hebrew certification can apply. Work Culture 5 days working with 2 rotational offs Shift Timings - Rotational Shifts 24*7
