Healthcare Recruiter

The job is a hybrid role based in Koregaon Park, Pune and involves recruiting from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter level. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes for open positions in the Healthcare sector. Understanding the job profiles and coordinating interviews with clients will be a key aspect of the role, focusing on recruiting for positions such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician, and more. Daily tasks will include making calls to candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You should have expert-level experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience with Job Diva is highly desired. Achieving a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements is a critical goal for this role. You will be required to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly. Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and the hiring team is essential for success in this position. The role may require working in the Night Shift EST Shift, so flexibility with working hours is necessary.,
