Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for healthcare process operations, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI targets.
Oversee escalation management, attrition control, shrinkage reduction, and rostering processes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores through effective service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in BPO operations.
