Ensure compliance with defense regulations, customer specifications, and government guidelines. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure product conformance. Manage supplier and vendor quality to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements. Drive process improvement initiatives and defect reduction strategies to enhance product quality. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the quality team. Maintain and update quality documentation and reports as required. Address and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
