J ob Position Summary: The Head of Operations will oversee the organizations day-to-day business activities to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This strategic leadership role involves planning, directing, and coordinating operations across all departments while aligning with the overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and processes that support company objectives. Oversee daily operations of the company, including supply chain, logistics, production, customer service, and HR functions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic goals and translate them into actionable plans. Lead and mentor department managers and ensure cohesive interdepartmental coordination. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across all operations. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for operational challenges. Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability. Requirements Bachelor's degree or related field (MBA preferred). Real Estate Operations experience added advantage Proven leadership and organizational abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Real Estate Industry-specific experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
