Head-Operations & Delivery

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of EaaS and CaaS projects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
• Oversee operational planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking across multiple projects and sites.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and sustainability goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance while maintaining timeline, cost, quality and safety.
• Manage the assessment of energy consumption, operational efficiency, and opportunities for cost reductions by providing recommendations for energy savings and improvements in energy performance.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, procurement, and legal teams to ensure project readiness and smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot high-impact delivery challenges and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team with a focus on technical competence, accountability, and agility.
• Stay updated on industry technologies, operational innovations, and evolving customer needs to enhance service delivery.
• Own the KPIs for Customer satisfaction, Safety, Profitability due to performance in execution and Operation as well incremental revenue/repeat orders, Revenue
• Support during SLA negotiation with Prospects and suitably cover the measures with cost/resources to ensure the timely delivery with agreed performance
• Commercially manage site for better revenue/profitability while innovating spares, consumables, vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Adherence towards certification for invoicing, safety, training, documentation, approvals.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or related field (Electrical/Power Engineering/ Renewable Energy). MBA is additional advantageous
• 8-10 years of proven experience in operations and delivery within the EaaS/CaaS or energy services domain.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems, cooling technologies, and distributed energy solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage small/medium-scale projects with multi-site execution and cross-functional coordination across cities
• Expertise in operational strategy, process design, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, including clients, vendors, regulators, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with safety standards, energy compliance norms, and sustainability frameworks.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or energy certifications, IPMVP, Data Analytics: Preferred
