Head of Quality Control

The role of Head of Quality at Kakade Laser involves developing and managing the quality management system to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. As the Quality HOD, you will lead a team focused on promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and policies, overseeing quality control activities to ensure product compliance, and mentoring the quality team to foster a culture of excellence. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to industry regulations such as ISO and GMP, analyzing quality data to prepare reports for senior management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Additionally, conducting training sessions on quality standards and practices will be a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, along with 4 to 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a leadership role. Possessing relevant certifications like Six Sigma or ISO 9001 will be an added advantage. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and proficiency in quality management tools and software.
