Job Description

1.Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that aligns with the organization's strategic goals for motor ( Hub , Mind mount , SRM ) and motor controller technologies , Chargers ( LV and HV DC)

2.Manage multiple projects within the Motor & Charger customer programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards

3. Allocate and manage resources (personnel, budget, equipment) across different projects

4. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, business teams , suppliers, customers, and senior management, to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.

5.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for the program and its constituent projects.

6. Track program progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

7. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams and individuals involved in the program

8. Customer Management at all stages : Customer RFQ response handling to POC management to Sampling Stage to SOP Role & responsibilities
