Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced senior operations leader to manage and streamline multiple ongoing projects, build and lead a strong team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of real estate projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support project execution.
• Establish and improve systems for project management, cost control, and process efficiency.
• Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Drive strategies for continuous improvement and business scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in senior roles in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building teams and driving results.
• Educational background in civil engineering, architecture, or similar; MBA is a plus.
