We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Perch Barra Veg Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in vegetarian cuisine, excellent leadership skills to manage and train the kitchen team, and creativity to design innovative, high-quality dishes that align with our brand philosophy. Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory and costs efficiently, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
