You will be joining HCL Software, a Product Development Division of HCL Tech, which focuses on developing, marketing, selling, and supporting over 20 Product families in various domains such as Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & Automation. With offices and labs worldwide, we cater to thousands of customers and strive to drive their success through continuous product innovation. As a Sr. NodeJS Developer in our Product team with a minimum of 6 years of experience, you are expected to possess the following skills: - Hold a Btech/BE in Computer Science or a related technical field, or demonstrate exceptional skills in related areas with practical software engineering experience. - Proficient in programming languages like NodeJS, ReactJS, or JavaScript. - Have a good understanding of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tools usage, high-level design, and code reviews. - Expertise in microservices and API development, implementing applications with MongoDB or any NoSQL database. - Ability to analyze customer-reported issues in products and provide timely short-term/long-term fixes. - Excellent communication skills with customers. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar technologies is essential, and experience in AWS and Azure DevOps is a plus. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on coding and code review as part of product development. - Delivering quality features, bug fixes, and ensuring the product is scalable and user-friendly. - Applying DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations for frequent value delivery to customers. - Acting as a Client Advocate and communicating with customers on upcoming features and issues, working closely with Product Management on roadmap priorities. - Managing customer escalations as L3/SME, providing innovative troubleshooting solutions with quick turnaround on product fixes. - Creating technical write-ups for documentation team publications. - Developing product-related VLOGs or BLOGs for customers upon feature releases. - Demonstrating product features to customers, partners, and pre-sales teams. - Collaborating with global product teams for seamless coordination and development.,
