Description We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Policy Center development, with the ability to customize and implement solutions to meet business needs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of the insurance domain. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center. Customize Guidewire Policy Center functionalities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire Policy Center applications. Maintain documentation of development processes, technical specifications, and user guides. Stay updated with the latest enhancements and features in Guidewire Policy Center. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center development. Strong knowledge of Guidewire Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center). Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration, including PCF, Gosu, and XML. Experience in integrating Guidewire with external systems using APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Understanding of insurance domain concepts and workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
