Description We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Guidewire products, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center. Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document requirements. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of the applications. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide support for production issues and troubleshoot as necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new ideas and solutions. Skills and Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in software development and application design. Strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and customization. Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and SQL programming languages. Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and web services. Knowledge of insurance domain concepts and processes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
