Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with guests. Daily tasks include attending to guest inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and performing receptionist duties such as managing phone calls and scheduling appointments.
