Guest Relation Manager:Hotel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and experienced Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest satisfaction and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be the face of the hotel, handling VIP guests, resolving concerns, and delivering personalized experiences that promote guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost attention and professionalism.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing complaints, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Maintain strong guest relations to encourage return visits and positive reviews.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, etc.).
• Train front office staff on guest service standards and etiquette.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and profiles using PMS/CRM systems.
• Assist in managing lobby operations and guest lounge experience.
• Participate in daily briefings, report guest concerns, and follow up on action plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in guest service or front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and confident demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
