Gokulam Grand Trivandrum is a 5-star luxury hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences with a blend of traditional hospitality and modern comfort. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our hospitality.

Position Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests. The role focuses on enhancing the guest experience throughout their stay, handling special requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences in coordination with the Front Office team.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain regular contact with in-house guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.
• Assist VIP guests with special attention and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Support in-room check-ins, amenities placements, and personalized guest services.
• Monitor guest feedback (verbal and written) and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain the lobby area with a welcoming and presentable ambiance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Relations Executive in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Preference will be given to female applicants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident personality.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
