We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Head to lead and scale our Tiles and Bathware vertical . The ideal candidate should come from the bathware industry with a proven track record in driving business growth, developing dealer/architect networks, and leading high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive overall growth and profitability of the tiles & bathware division Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets Expand dealer/distributor network and build relationships with architects, builders, and influencers Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team for consistent performance Collaborate with product and operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction Ensure revenue targets and market share growth in assigned regions Candidate Profile: 810 years of relevant experience specifically in the bathware or tiles industry Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects/builders) Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur Preferred Industry: Bathware / Sanitaryware / Tiles Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
