Growth Ops Lead

About the Role We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to lead and scale our growth initiatives by optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention processes. You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to drive data-driven growth strategies and operational excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of growth operations professionals to achieve business growth targets. Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across marketing, sales, and customer success channels. Manage end-to-end growth operations workflows including lead management, funnel optimization, automation, and campaign execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements. Analyze growth metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI. Oversee data integrity, reporting, and performance dashboards to inform leadership decisions. Drive process improvements and automation to increase operational efficiency and scalability. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to growth tools and services. Ensure compliance with fintech regulations in all growth activities. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, or business operations within fintech or financial services. Proven experience managing and developing teams. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of fintech regulatory environment and compliance. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
