Daily collaboration with Branch/Regional Team Members on assigned targets and reporting to the respective Regional Manager (RM). Prepare sales forecast, requirements (NPI) as per industry/market. Collaborate with assigned franchisees in their designated areas and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Plan & execute training, workshop programs for industrial &institutional clients, distributors, retailers & their sales team members on regular interval. Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and technological advancements in lubricants and industrial maintenance. Strong experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors. Technical knowledge of industrial lubricants, maintenance solutions, or related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market data, sales reports, and customer feedback to drive decision-making. Role & responsibilities Literature survey • Formulation of lubricating oils, metal working fluids, industrial Speciality oils • Evaluation of raw materials • Testing of products as per ASTM, IP, ISI, DIN standards • Analysis of technical samples of products received from customers during various stages of usage and providing appropriate feedback to them. • Analysis of water samples to find its suitability for use with emulsifiable products like soluble cutting oils covering tests like ph, conductivity, total alkalinity, hardness, chloride, sulphate, T.D.S, c.o.d., microbial growth etc. • Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non- conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions. Getting products tested from reputed laboratory as pet ASTM, IP, ISI, DIN standards and get the approval certificate. Analysis of used engine oil samples after 5000, 10,000 km of products received from customers during various stages of usage and upgrading the product performance. Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non-conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions. Raw materials, intermediates products and packaging materials also tested for quality. Evaluation of various competitor samples for comparisons and 5research purpose. Preparation of standard specifications for quality check Preparation of product data sheet and to make amendment in the same. Preparation of material safety data sheet and to amend the same with safety icon and codes. Conduct successful trial and get the data collected from customers end from large fleet owners.
