Graphics Designer

You should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. You must possess proven Web Design experience of a minimum of 2 years and demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps is essential. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools is required, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. You should have excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. It is important to stay up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies and have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Your responsibilities will include executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks, creating wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction, presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, and establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
