Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates with a strong creative flair and an impressive design portfolio (academic or freelance work is accepted). You'll get the opportunity to work on real client projects and grow under expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media, websites, branding materials, and ad campaigns
• Create posters, brochures, logos, infographics, and web banners
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign creatives
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visuals
• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends
• Be open to feedback and willing to revise based on team/client input

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (Canva/Figma is a plus)
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking (academic/freelance/personal projects welcome)
• Passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Familiarity with AI design tools or trending tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.
