About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design projects across digital and print media from concept to final delivery
• Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, social media creatives, web assets, and marketing collateral
• Design user-friendly UI elements and interfaces for web/mobile platforms
• Create illustrations, icons, design systems, and compelling visual content for case studies, reports, and decks
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn ideas and briefs into powerful visuals
• Stay ahead of trends in design, tools, UI/UX, and motion graphics
• Manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced environment

What We re Looking For

• 2-5 years of professional graphic/product design experience

• Prior startup experience is mandatory

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product UI, digital campaigns, branding, and web/print assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design
• Ability to independently lead projects and manage timelines
• Bonus: Motion graphics or basic video editing experience
• Bonus: Passion for climate tech and sustainability
