Job Description

Job Summary:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, digital ads, brochures, presentations, packaging, and branding materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the groups brand guidelines.
Adapt designs across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Prepare design files for printing and liaise with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1–4 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (Figma or Adobe XD is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and in a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
