Job Description:We are hiring a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager for editing and managing our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have an eye for design,editing and having a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience with content creation and social media marketing. Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, banners, ads, brochures, packaging, and more. Collaborate with the team to develop brand guidelines and marketing materials. Edit videos for reels, promotional content, and campaigns. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Write compelling captions and manage hashtags, tags, and trends. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community building. Monitor performance analytics and optimize content accordingly. Requirements:Proven experience in graphic designing and social media handling. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar. Knowledge of Instagram Reels trends, algorithm, and content strategy. Strong writing skills for captions and post descriptions. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 6months–1 years of experience in a similar role.
