About the Role

Graphic Designer

You’ll work across digital, print, and social formats — creating brand assets, marketing templates, campaign graphics, and everything in between. If you love type, spacing, grids, colors, and rational design thinking — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver visual assets that reflect each brand’s unique identity and story
  • Create and maintain daily-to-weekly social media creatives, digital ads, brand collaterals, and pitch decks
  • Ensure high design quality, visual consistency, and aesthetic sensibility across all touchpoints
  • Interpret briefs with clarity and translate strategy into effective, visually aligned executions
  • Design, iterate, and develop scalable templates for internal and client usage
  • Collaborate with brand managers, strategists, and motion/video teams to ensure cohesive output
  • Build visual systems and mini-brand kits with strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Maintain and organize design files, assets, and libraries systematically
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to branding and digital storytelling

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in branding or creative agency settings
  • Experience working on brand identity systems, digital content, and marketing collaterals
  • Proven track record of working with brand guidelines and adapting them across multiple formats
  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in graphic design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout systems
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment with a clean, refined, and modern design sensibility
  • Ability to articulate design rationales and present ideas clearly
  • Familiarity with motion and video design principles is a plus
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to handle feedback constructively
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates branding, social content, and campaign work
Bonus If You
  • Have worked on brand launches or revamps
  • Are comfortable experimenting with new formats like carousels, reels, or interactive PDFs
  • Understand how brand storytelling translates across digital and print
