Job Description

Who We’re Looking For: A talented designer with 2–3 years of experience in branding and digital-first design. You should have a sharp eye for detail, be comfortable with visual storytelling, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design impactful creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects Develop brand assets including logos, typography, brand guidelines, and mood boards Work closely with content writers, strategists, and producers to visualize campaign ideas Adapt designs across formats—carousels, reels, stories, print, merchandise, ads, etc. Create pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral Ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with each brand’s visual identity Stay on top of current design trends and digital aesthetics Handle multiple projects while maintaining timelines and creative standards What You Bring: 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus A versatile portfolio reflecting creativity, branding, and digital work Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy Experience creating content tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong time-management and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive compensation A vibrant and creative workspace in South Delhi A flexible, collaborative work environment that encourages new ideas The opportunity to work on diverse, exciting brands and creative challenges Access to a well-connected office space via public and private transport Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
