Graphic Designer And Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in visual content creation and video editing, specifically for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging creatives, social media graphics, brochures, project banners, and promotional videos that capture attention and drive marketing success. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Create and edit videos for real estate projects, walkthroughs, ads, testimonials, and more. Develop brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce visual content that aligns with brand and campaign goals. Stay updated on design trends, especially in the real estate and property development domain. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity. Requirements: Proven experience in graphic designing and video editing (portfolio required). Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc. Experience creating content for real estate companies is highly preferred. Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of social media content formats and ad creatives is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Familiarity with the real estate buyer journey and how visual content supports it.
