Key Responsibilities Pre-production : Collaborate with the marketing/content team to conceptualize video ideas, write simple scripts, develop storyboards, and plan shoots. Production : Shoot video content for courses, promotional campaigns, social media, testimonials, events, and other needs. Post-production : Edit raw footage into polished final videos, adding music, graphics, animations, captions, and effects as needed. Ensure all videos align with Careerline Academy’s brand guidelines and quality standards. Manage and maintain video equipment, lighting, and sound gear. Organize and archive video assets for easy retrieval. Stay up-to-date with trends in educational video content, storytelling, and editing techniques. Support photography requirements if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required). Proficiency with cameras (DSLR/mirrorless/video), lighting setups, and audio recording. Advanced knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Strong understanding of composition, color grading, and sound design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or related field.
