Post-Production: Edit videos using advanced software to add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, audio, color grading, and effects for a polished output. Platform Optimization: Create video content tailored to formats suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/Longs, Facebook, and paid ad campaigns. Content Archiving: Maintain an organized digital library of raw and final assets for future use. Tech Setup & Lighting: Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and camera settings for various shoot environments—clinic interiors, interviews, events, and outdoor shoots. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with content trends, video styles, and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and high-performing. Requirements Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in the beauty, wellness, health, or fashion sectors. The timing of when background checks will be conducted on candidates for positions outside the United States will vary based on country statutory law but in no case, will the background check precede an interview. CDM Smith will conduct interviews of qualified individuals prior to requesting a criminal background check, and no job application submitted prior to such interview shall inquire into an applicant's criminal history. If this position is subject to a background check for any convictions related to its responsibilities and requirements, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history. Criminal history will not automatically disqualify a candidate.
