As a Google and Meta Ads Manager in a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, your primary responsibility will revolve around managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Daily tasks will encompass creating, monitoring, and analyzing ad performance, devising strategies for campaign enhancements, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to synchronize ad strategies with overarching business objectives. Strong project management skills are imperative to ensure that all campaigns are executed timely and yield the desired results. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a background in Sales and Marketing. Proficiency in Advertising on Google and Meta platforms, coupled with project management skills in Media Buying, will be vital for success. Your ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are prerequisites. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory. The compensation offered for this position is best in the industry, with a significant hike on your current salary.
