Job Description

Designation: Gold Loan Regional Manager/Branch Manager/ Auditor/Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.

  • Primarily involves around processing and managing gold loans, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales.

  • Ensuring new acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility.

  • Keep innovating, launching new Gold Loan schemes suitable across sales channel and segments of customers.

  • Oversees the end-to-end process of issuing and managing gold loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

  • Comply with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

  • Ensuring staff competency and adherence to company policies

  • Reviewing audit reports and taking corrective actions

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders

    .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any graduate is preferable.

  • Age: 25 till 45

  • Required Two Wheeler having proper license.

  • Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in Gold Loans, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
  • Supervise and train junior staff or gold appraisers
  • Monitor gold loan accounts for overdue or defaulted payments.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of gold loan operations and valuation techniques.

  • Sales and target-driven approach.

  • Risk assessment and analytical skills.
