This is a techno-functional role that demands hands-on experience with relevant tools, team orchestration capabilities, and the ability to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities1. New Age Media Expertise (OTT and Audio Platforms)
Support planning and execution of campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Hotstar, Netflix Ads, Amazon Prime Video Ads, and Spotify.
Use OTT platform dashboards to analyze performance metrics and derive insights.
Collaborate with creative teams to align ads with platform-specific formats and content requirements.
2. Social Media Ecosystem ManagementAssist in managing social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
Operate tools such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads to launch and track campaigns.
Utilize social listening tools and reporting platforms to assess performance and audience engagement.
Execute paid and organic strategies, including influencer collaborations and content marketing campaigns.
Ensure seamless integration of social campaigns with overall marketing strategies and measure their impact on brand visibility and ROI.
3. Tools and Technology supportContribute to campaign setup using demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic ad tools.
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics 4, Sprout Social, and platform-native dashboards.
Work across creative and technical teams to support integrated campaign execution.
4. Strategy support and LearningSupport in the development of cross-platform strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and tools.
Learn from senior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation.
Professional & Technical
Skills: 5-9 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in OTT platforms, social media marketing, and programmatic advertising.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hands-on experience with OTT ad platforms like YouTube Ads, Netflix Ads, Hotstar Ads, and audio platforms like Spotify and JioSaavn.
Expertise with social media ad tools:Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.
Familiarity with DMPs, CDPs, and marketing automation tools for audience targeting and personalization.
Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or platform-native reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
Certifications in tools like Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Academy, or Google Marketing Platform are a plus.
