Job Description

Key Responsibilities: GTA Strategy Development: Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives, including forecasting hiring needs and building a strong talent pipeline. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies. Candidate Management: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the offer process, including salary negotiation. Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes and tools to enhance the candidate experience. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and policies. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and initiatives. Employer Branding: Oversee employer branding initiatives across regions to attract top talent. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze hiring metrics and report on performance to stakeholders.
