Global Sales Manager

You will be joining Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management as a Global Sales Manager, playing a crucial role in expanding the company's solutions worldwide. Your primary focus will be on exploring and capitalizing on strategic opportunities within international markets, targeting large enterprises, fleet operators, and technology partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing markets with high potential for integrating telematics system solutions, such as fleet management, logistics, IoT platforms, GPS tracking, and data analytics. You will be devising and implementing customized business development strategies to penetrate target regions successfully. Leading the sales process, you will be responsible for securing contracts with major enterprises, fostering enduring relationships with decision-makers in industries like transportation, logistics, automotive, and supply chain management. Your goal will be to surpass revenue targets and propel business growth by presenting tailored proposals and solutions to customers based on their specific needs, leveraging system integration and telematics technologies effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position, ideally within the telematics sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or a related field is required, while an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
