Responsibilities HubSpot Management Build and manage workflows, smart lists, lead scoring models, and nurture sequences Set up and maintain forms, landing pages, and campaign tracking Segment and organize our contact database to enable precise targeting Email Marketing Set up, QA, and deploy email campaigns Monitor deliverability, performance, and engagement metrics Data Governance Own list uploads and integrity across sales, events, and third-party sources Enrich and clean contact data to improve segmentation and personalization Ensure marketing data aligns with compliance and campaign needs Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Recommend and implement website optimizations to improve visitor-to-lead conversion A/B test landing pages and CTAs to identify performance improvements Reporting & Analytics Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards Report on marketing KPIs across campaigns, email, website, and funnel velocity Analyze insights to optimize and prioritize marketing efforts Manage and optimize analytics tools, including HubSpot , Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and other relevant tracking platforms Funnel Management Monitor and improve the marketing-to-sales handoff Identify gaps in the funnel and recommend improvements to increase conversion velocity Help architect the prospect journey across channels and touchpoints Website & SEO Maintain and update website for speed, usability, and consistency Track keyword performance and ensure adherence to SEO best practices Collaborate with web developers and designers on updates and enhancements What We're Looking For 2–5 years in a marketing operations or similar role Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus) Comfortable working across tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets Data-obsessed mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Understanding of CRO, funnel metrics, and SEO fundamentals Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
