We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with 6-10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Fusion Financials and a strong background in Oracle ERP Financials. ### Roles and Responsibility Gather and document requirements using AIM/OUM or other prescribed methodologies. Maintain and enhance existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and discussions. Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules. Design module-specific solutions within the context of integrated Oracle Fusion. Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs and prepare quality deliverables. Prepare test scripts and test cases, conduct trainings, and support Project Management Office (PMO) activities. Handle Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions. ### Job Requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into design documents. Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology. Excellent customer handling skills and the ability to lead and mentor team members. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to quickly acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must have a valid passport. Client site work and business traveling may be involved.
