Key Responsibilities

:Conduct video and telephonic consultations with patients through the MyKare platform.Address all medical inquiries within defined turnaround times (TAT).Assess symptoms, provide appropriate medical advice, and recommend the next steps.Support post-surgical follow-ups and offer patient education tailored to their recovery needs.Accurately document all consultations and maintain updated digital health records.Coordinate closely with internal teams—coordinators, specialists, and operations—to ensure seamless patient care.Uphold high standards of clinical accuracy and ensure a positive patient experience in every interaction.

Requirements

:MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, ideally within hospitals or telemedicine platforms.Strong decision-making skills with clear and empathetic communication.Proficiency in using digital tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in teleconsultation or remote healthcare delivery.Understanding of post-operative care protocols and patient counseling.Multilingual proficiency—especially in English and regional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi.
