Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities:

Quality Control Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of quality control processes within the Business Unit (BU).
To ensure all projects under the BU comply with internal quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The Quality Control Lead works closely with project teams to oversee material testing, quality inspections, and the adherence to quality plans to guarantee that projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Enforce compliance via NCRs and develop risk mitigation strategies to reduce recurring quality issues.
Drive team competency by identifying training needs and delivering structured quality training programs.
