Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Calibration of Lab equipment as per schedule.
2. Implementation and review of system documentation, records, schedules, Quality Plan
3. Accuracy of test results
4. Standardization and validation of the process.
5. Ensure that all inspections and tests of raw materials, in process and finished products, Effluent treated water are complied with in accordance with the approved specification and inspection and Test plan.
6. Supervising on-line Quality Control.
7. Segregation of Non-confirming Intermediate & Finished product.
8. Preparing, conducting and maintain the HACCP activities in the plant including approved work instructions, SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs.
9. Customer coordination like attaining to the complaints and find out root Cause and take corrective action on same.
10. Corrective and preventive action against ISO, HACCP and SQMS audit findings.
11. Audit Sanitation and hygiene standards as per the divisions approved standard sanitation operating procedure.
12. To fulfill statutory compliance of FSSAI, EIA, MMPO.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in dairy industry atleast 8+ yrs in Quality
