Looking for a candidate who worked as Tender Executive /GEM Location- Noida Experience 1-2 Years Mode of Interview- Face 2 Face only Certification in Government Procurement (preferred, not mandatory) Prior experience with GEM portal is essential Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GEM / Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process, including registration, bid preparation, documentation, and timely submission on the GEM portal and other e-tendering platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with government procurement policies and have experience handling end-to-end tendering procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor tenders on the GEM portal and other government e-procurement websites. Identify relevant tenders, EOI, and RFPs that align with the company's services or products. Handle online bidding activities including documentation, costing, compliance checks, and uploading. Prepare and maintain pre-qualification documents, technical and financial bids as per tender requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, technical, finance) for document preparation. Track bid status and ensure timely submission and follow-up. Handle post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and award follow-ups. Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback for future reference. Stay updated with GEM portal updates, government procurement rules, and policy changes. Build rapport with government officials and procurement departments as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of GEM portal and e-tendering platforms Excellent documentation and compliance skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
