Job Overview: Girsa Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is actively hiring for the position of GEM Tender Executive. The ideal candidate will assist in handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tendering processes, preparing bids, documentation, and coordination related to digital and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the complete tendering process on the GeM portal. Monitor new tender opportunities and eligibility criteria. Draft and upload quotations, proposals, and other relevant documentation. Communicate with government departments regarding bids. Maintain tender documentation and bid records. Assist the marketing and sales team with relevant updates and compliance. Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow-up on updates. Skills Required: Basic understanding of the GeM portal and tender processes (training can be provided). Attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills (English not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, Email handling. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
