Role & responsibilities Responsible for Concept designing, developing and prove out machines based on customer requirements using design engineering tools. To assist assembly team at shop floor for machine trails, prove outs and support during installation & commissioning. Should work under minimal guidance, be technically responsible and accountable for assigned work. Conceptual design to 3D Modelling & creating manufacturing drawing (which includes Scope, Specification, Idea, Concept Engineering, Design Verification, Design validation and Cross-functional team experience). Hand calculation for sizing structural members & optimising design. Selecting bought out items (Bearing, Belts, chain & sprockets, couplings, Gearmotors, Gears & material selections). Maintain ECN, drawing revisions as per final assembly. Communicating with Vendor for manufacturing process. Quality control for mechanical items brought out as well as manufacturing. Documentation as per ISO standard. Preferred candidate profile 1. Open to any kind of change management. 2. Effective problem-solving & trouble shooting skills. 3. Good Knowledge in sheet metal & weldments. 2. Good knowledge in Hydraulic and Pneumatic System. 3. Need knowledge of basic Electrical and Electronics function and selection. 4. Proficiency in Solid works software & exposure in solid modelling, Sheetmetal components 3D & 2D designs and creating render images. 5. Strong design background and knowledge of material selection / manufacturing & heat treatment process. 6. Knowledge of factory & industrial automation systems and processes. 7. Good knowledge of GD&T. 8. Design, research, build, test, and improve mechanical and electrical devices, equipment, and systems. 9. Design machines within other buildings / often work alongside a team /overseeing the manufacturing process. 10. Product specialisation and mentor for others.

Role & responsibilities : Perform regular inspections of conveyor systems to identify potential faults and perform preventive maintenance. Well versed in belt conveyor belt mapping and upkeeping of data. Having the good Knowledge about Conveyor types, specification and technical details. Having the knowledge about conveyor healthiness monitoring process/system. Having the experience about the health status of conveyor and defects identification & mitigation plan. Knowledge about improving performance of belt conveyor and improve reliability. Respond to break-downs and emergency calls quickly to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. To measure the length of all sizes of conveyors, splice rubber conveyor belts for hot & cold joints and belt tensioning. Also, keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. To handle all the necessary equipment related to conveyor belt joining works. Maintain all the equipment in healthy and safe condition to avoid breakdowns. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks. Proper utilization and maintenance of vulcanizing equipment and joining kits. Troubleshoot and repair conveyor components, including motors, gearbox, fluid coupling, pulleys, Roller, switches, and other electrical or mechanical parts. Should know the procedure of belt cutting and locking. Should know the risk involved in vulcanizing. Should know the pressure and heat produced during belt vulcanizing. Monitor conveyor operations closely, rectifying any issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with other team members to solve complex mechanical or technical issues associated with the conveyor systems. Preferred candidate profile:

Ownership of equipment modules and packages through design and procurement phases. Evaluation of Data Sheets, Material Requisitions & Enquiry Packages for procurement of equipment. Generation of Technical Bid Tab Evaluation of vendors in compliance with bid specifications. Evaluation of Technical Specifications in compliance with bid requirements. Development of each package through Kick-off meetings, Design Reviews, FATs SATs etc. Ensure packages are designed, manufactured and tested as per project requirements. Interfacing with Engineering contractor, vendors, project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided. Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule .

Desired : Should have good knowledge on Casting and Forging Components. Experience in purchasing, selecting suppliers for example cast iron, aluminium castings and forgings, purchasing standardised steel parts, also arranging the purchase of rubber components etc., purchasing operating materials and tools.
