Ensures non-conforming materials are identified, documented as per standard, and properly handled to maintain product quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Visual Inspection (100%) Raw castings for any type of visual defects (cracks, unwash, porosity, shrinkage, etc.) using appropriate methods (visual, dye penetrant, etc.). Perform dimensional inspection of both raw and machined castings using tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM, and other precision instruments.
