About Teelabs Apparel Pvt Ltd:

Teelabs is a leading custom T-shirt manufacturer, delivering high-quality apparel to businesses and brands. We are looking for a Garment Merchandiser to manage customer interactions and coordinate production processes efficiently.

Responsibilities of the job include:

• liaising with Customers and sales staff
• planning and organizing production schedules
• Handling Customer Complaints and queries
• Preparing internal order sheets,
• determining quality control standards
• overseeing production processes
• Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines.
• re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Giving shipping instructions and following shipment

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Good Communication Skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email Handling).
✔ Ability to multitask & stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
