About the Role As Program Lead - Events & Tournaments , you won’t just organize events, you’ll build the engine that powers RallyGully’s most exciting experiences. This is a founding team opportunity to lead a 0→1 vertical. From intimate weekend mixers to national-level championships, you’ll design, scale, and own RallyGully’s tournaments, leagues, and event IPs across India. What You’ll Be Doing Event & Tournaments Execution Own the end-to-end execution of all RallyGully events - social sessions, city leagues, school tournaments, and more. Build a tournament engine that scales - from weekenders to multi-city properties. Work hands-on with our ops, design, and community teams to deliver smooth, engaging, high-energy experiences. Program & IP Development Build long-term formats, calendars, and IPs that define the sport’s growth in India. Develop scalable playbooks for consistent execution across cities and formats. Infuse every event with RallyGully’s spirit - fun, inclusive, and community-driven. Partnerships & Sponsorships Identify and close brand partnerships that enhance our events - from gifting to media to venue collaborations. Pitch unique branded experiences that create win-wins for RallyGully and our partners. Represent RallyGully at meetings, pitch events, and partner activations. Growth & Strategy Build metrics, feedback loops, and insight systems to improve events. Experiment with formats, gamification, and audience engagement. Build a team and vendor ecosystem to scale execution while retaining quality. Who You Are 1–5 years of experience in events, sports management, brand activation, or similar. You’ve led events from concept to chaos and thrived in the action. You're entrepreneurial - love starting from scratch, solving problems, and making ideas real. You’re a finisher - reliable, calm under pressure, and ruthless with execution. Passion for sports, fitness, or creating community-first experiences is a big plus. Why Join RallyGully?
